PH750: Moro Fighting Kris Sword

A large and heavy Moro fighting Kris sword. The wood handle has the original rattan wrapping and a good patina from age and use. The heavy straight blade has a separate Ganja at the base that is very well forged. There is a slight pattern and hardened edge showing. Unfortunately this one does not have a scabbard.    

29.25" overall with a 25" blade that is 9/16" thick at the back edge. 19th century Southern Philippines.    ....$550.00
