AF643: Maasai Seme Sword

A mid 20th century Maasai Seme sword. The handle is leather finely sewn together. The blade is wide and sharp on both sides. The original classic red scabbard is in good condition with leather over wood and a small iron disc on the end.     

23" overall with a 17" blade that is 2.25" wide. Mid 20th century, Tanzania, Africa.
