PH808: Moro Barong Sword

Moro fighting Barong with an unusual thin blade shape. The light colored wood handle is pretty simple, but has a silver collar. The long thin blade shows a hardened edge. The scabbard is complete and in good condition.     

25 3/4� overall with a 16.5� blade that is 1/4� thick at the back edge. Early to mid 20th century, Southern Philippines.
