AS606: Moroccan Nimcha Sword

A good old fighting Nimcha sword form Morocco. The handle is made of horn with a steel hand guard. Tehreare some old stable cracks in the handle that have a native repair of small brass strips and nails. The well forged blade with three fullers and a sharp back edge looks to be of European manufacture. The overall sword has a dark patina form a lot of age and use.     

39.5” overall with a 33” blade . 19th century, Morocco, Africa.
