A rare 19th century Songye short sword. The well forged blade is intricately decorated with a chisel and dot pattern design on both sides. The original wood handle has a good dark patina from age and use, but there is one stable crack on the side. 22.5 inches overall with a 17 inch blade. 19th century, Zaire, Africa. Sold
