OC455: Fijian Ula War Club

19th century Fijian Ula throwing club. This fine projectile weapon is made from the natural burl root ball of a young tree as the head. The handle has intricate zig-zag patterns carved into the surface, and the entire club has a nice dark patina from age and use. Very good condition overall.    

16 ½” Overall with a 3 ¼” Diameter head. 19th century, Fiji.
